I usually don't like to look ahead on Bama's schedule and start speculating the things to come but with Auburn just one week away and Bama playing a should win game today I couldn't resist.

The price of Iron Bowl tickets just took a huge spike, not that there wasn't already enough grudge incentive there from Bama after losing that game last year. This has to be a first for Bama, ticket wise, if things work out the way they should, Bama could have a year of three and possibly four HIGH DOLLAR premium ticket games. They already had the LSU game with tickets selling easily for $1000 a pair, now with Oklahoma State losing, don't be surprised to see the Auburn tickets selling for as much. Then if Bama is voted into the BCSNCG to play LSU, how much do you think that ticket will cost? I don't remember Bama having a year with fans having to pay that much for multiple game tickets.

But let's add another wrinkle into all of this, what if Arkansas beats LSU and Bama goes to the SECCG, how much would fans pay to see Bama beat Georgia, I'm saying HIGH DOLLAR again.
Then the last piece of this puzzle would be, if Bama would beat Georgia and play in the BCSCG, who would they play and would Bama fans be willing to pay for another HIGH DOLLAR ticket again.

Whew, there could be some bank accounts and credit cards stretched to their limit for the Bama faithful if all of this plays out the way it could but you know what, the stadium will be packed at each game that Bama plays in regardless of the cost, that is what you call the real TIDE PRIDE. Roll Tide!!!!

Yeah, --I was thinking what a decision that must be: $1000 for his ticket to a game they will lose anyway vs. a TIDE fan in his seat. LOL
