Title: Daily Scripture 11/11/11 Worldliness
Post by: ricky023 on November 11, 2011, 12:13:30 PM
"Exodus 23:2 Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment:"

General usage will never excuse us in any ill practice; nor is the broad way ever the safer for its being crowded.  We must inquire what we ought to do, not what the group most do; because we must be judged by our master, not our fellow servants; and it is too great a compliment, to be willing to go to hell for company.
Today it is so easy to follow your friends into Hell because everybody wants to be a part of the crowd. No one wants to be a stand alone. Remember the choice you make today could lead you into an unprotected place tomorrow. God Bless!

Heavenly Father, let me hallow your name above all names. Forgive us where we have failed you. Let our sins be washed under the Blood. Lord protect us from following the crowd just be a stand out or to be heard. Let us come before you seeking your wisdom in all things before we speak so boldly before the world. In the Holy and powerful name of Jesus Christ I pray this prayer. AMEN
