Quote
AUBURN, Ala. -- Auburn coach Gene Chizik delivered two messages Tuesday: He's standing by quarterback Barrett Trotter, and there's plenty of offensive blame to go around.

Trotter will remain the starter for the 24th-ranked Tigers and their sputtering offense Saturday night when Florida visits, Chizik said. The laundry list of things the coach would like to see improve certainly includes Trotter but it doesn't stop there.

"Let me be clear on this: The receivers have got to catch the ball, the running backs and the offensive line have got to protect," Chizik said. "It's a team game. I expect him to play well but I expect everyone else around him to play well with him.

Dissention on the plains? You gotta love it.  :popcorn2:

I thought all of the blame went to Emory Blake's injury.   :dunno:

I think this speaks volumes about the lack of a real QB at Auburn.

The song that they're singing down in that awful village sure has changed since they lost the lucky horse shoe, seems like the "all in fambly" ain't "all in" anymore.

I heard the NCAA is launching a new investigation. Seems Barrett Trotter's Dad offered the coaches $180, 000.00 to allow him to play.  :o

You know come to think of it, last year without $cam they would be here right now. The same old song and dance would have been beat a few times last year if not for him,and thers no way they would have came back in the IB,should have not any way but, Just saying.
