Title: NFL New Orleans v Atlanta Post by: Catch Prothro on December 07, 2017, 09:38:44 PM This is a really good game on tonight, New Orleans v Atlanta.
I don't usually watch NFL, but I like both these teams. Both Julio Jones and Mark Ingram have made some big plays. Matt Ryan (Atlanta QB) has thrown a couple of picks. Current Score: New Orleans 17 Atlanta 10 Title: Re: NFL New Orleans v Atlanta Post by: Catch Prothro on December 07, 2017, 10:02:11 PM NO 17 ATL 17
Less than 8 minutes left. ATL football. Title: Re: NFL New Orleans v Atlanta Post by: Catch Prothro on December 07, 2017, 10:12:40 PM FG ATL 4 min. left
NO 17 ATL 20 Ingram as 11 carries for 44 yds and 3 receptions for 31 yds. Julio has 5 receptions for 98 yds. Title: Re: NFL New Orleans v Atlanta Post by: Catch Prothro on December 07, 2017, 10:41:57 PM Ingram just had another catch (screen pass) for 12 yds, breaking several tackles.
NO is FG range already. First down. 2 Minute Warning. Title: Re: NFL New Orleans v Atlanta Post by: Catch Prothro on December 07, 2017, 10:47:38 PM Wow, bad decision by ATL coach.
Declines holding call on NO, leaving NO 4th and 1 on the 23 yd line. Thinks NO will take FG and tie game, but NO goes for it. First down on the ATL 22. :popcorn2: Title: Re: NFL New Orleans v Atlanta Post by: Catch Prothro on December 07, 2017, 10:48:32 PM Ted Ginn (Trivia Question: remember him?) catches a pass at the 12 yd line.
First down NO. :popcorn2: Title: Re: NFL New Orleans v Atlanta Post by: Catch Prothro on December 07, 2017, 10:54:13 PM Oops, great leaping INT by ATL in the end zone. Former LSU LB Deion Jones.
Title: Re: NFL New Orleans v Atlanta Post by: Catch Prothro on December 07, 2017, 10:57:02 PM ATL runs out the clock and wins 20-17
Title: Re: NFL New Orleans v Atlanta Post by: Chechem on December 08, 2017, 05:37:59 AM It was a good game; didn't realize you guys had a thread going. Thought you'd all sworn off NFL. :dunno:
Both Julio and Ingram has big games. Both teams played well, but New Orleans has SO MANY INJURIES that they eventually faded, both on defense and offense. They play again in a few weeks. :popcorn2: Title: Re: NFL New Orleans v Atlanta Post by: Catch Prothro on December 08, 2017, 08:33:56 AM It was a good game; didn't realize you guys had a thread going. Thought you'd all sworn off NFL. :dunno: I'll watch ATL or NO sometimes, maybe the Titans. I've been to those three stadiums, plus the Cowboys but I hate Jerry Jones. Both Julio and Ingram has big games. They play again in a few weeks. :popcorn2: Ted Ginn Jr., by the way, was the Ohio State receiver who ran the opening kickoff back 93 yards for a TD in the 2007 BCS Championship game v Florida. They danced around in the end zone like they had won the game. It was the last highlight for tOSU that night. ;D |
