I don't think I have ever seen a guy with so much talent be so incredibly stupid. If he ever applied himself and studied he could be in the same class as Andrew Luck. He's just so incredibly immature, and he has the IQ of a jellyfish. Just think how good USCe could be if they weren't saddled with Garcia. They have the best WR in the SEC, one of the best RBs in the country, a decent OL, and a decent defense. Yet they struggle against Navy and then Vandy because Garcia is so dumb.
