Baltimore Ravens' Alabama connection helped them draft Tim Williams

"The coaches, the past players that played there, just the culture and also one guy that I used to run sprints with when I was freshman and he was a junior was (former Alabama All-American and Baltimore Pro  Bowl linebacker) C.J. Mosley. I always wanted to model my work ethic after C.J. Mosley. So coming into Alabama, I looked up to him a lot. So I'm knowing that they have that type of players on the roster that's going to grind hard and work hard."
