Leadoff hitter Elissa Brown got on with an infield hit and ultimately scored on a Valpo error in the 1st inning. That was the only score in the game. Bama only had 3 other hits but could not score again. Fortunately Sydney Littlejohn pitched a shut out with a career high 13 strikeouts.
