Always good to beat UFL in anything.  Big win for the ladies.  Big crowd too!

Nice win. I have been worried about this team when they started the season 2-3. They are now 3-3. It is easy to forget now good the SEC is in gymnastics. Even with a 2-3 record we were #6 in the nation. It looks like if this team can peak at the right time they are good enough to compete for another title.

Bama lost @ Arky about a week ago because Coach Duck was trying to get some freshmen into the rotation, and they stumbled out of bounds on the floor exercise.

A few days later, two girls fell off the bars @ Auburn, and Bama had to come from behind for the win.

But I think the rotation shifts, resting athletes, etc. was because the Florida match at home was the prized jewel, the match Bama really wanted to win, with Florida ranked #3, and it being a Pink awareness event at home.   And the ladies performed, besting Florida on every event, and racking up the third highest overall score in the nation this year (only behind Oklahoma).

Congrats.  Great win.   #+
