Title: SEC Has 21 Players in the Super Bowl Post by: Marshal Dillon on February 03, 2017, 09:17:38 PM Tide & LSU have 4 each.
Quote For the second straight year, the SEC will feature the most alums in the Super Bowl with 21. – The Big 12 continues to disappoint in football, finishing a distant last among Power Five conferences with seven players. – Ten FCS players will are on either the Falcon or Patriot roster, including an Ivy League graduate, Brown’s James Develin of New England. :lol2: https://campusinsiders.com/news/college-football-programs-most-players-super-bowl-51-02-02-2017/ Title: Re: SEC Has 21 Players in the Super Bowl Post by: ricky023 on February 04, 2017, 07:03:04 AM Lsu seems to always have good talent in the NFL. CLM produced some players at LSU and I still don't know why they fired him. RTR!

CLM produced some players at LSU and I still don't know why they fired him. RTR! Because he as not winning even with all the talent. In his last 4 full seasons he was 10-3, 10-3, 8-5, 9-3, then started off 2016 at 2-2. His offenses were bad with a plodding run game that was very predictable. His passing game involved the 2 yard passing attack. Finally, he lied to the fans and the admins when he said he would open up the offense but did the same old crap on offense in 2016. He was making over $4 mil a year to go 9-3 and 8-5. :4: Title: Re: SEC Has 21 Players in the Super Bowl Post by: pmull on February 04, 2017, 09:53:57 AM Lsu seems to always have good talent in the NFL. Last year Les lost the team. No way they should have lost to Auburn. Should have beaten Wisconsin. The team improved immediately when Coach O took over. I am not sold on Coach O but he can recruit and motivate players. With LSU talent he could be dangerous. I like Les Miles. I hope he gets another shot somewhere. |
