2. QB Blake Barnett has been approached about going with Kiffin.  BB committed to AZ State after leaving Bama, but FAU contacted him recently.

I was thinking about this very thing this morning after we went through the crap with the Georgia coach. Why do coaches not make other coaches sign a contract to not mess with their team when they advance to other schools? This would seem logical, cause if I quit a job when I was working construction and tried to take workers with me I would have gotten a black ball name in a heart beat. I can see him going after Blake or others who have already transferred but why team members does not make sense to me. RTR!

Are we talking players and coaches only or are coeds included in this discussion?  ;)

I haven't been living under a rock for the past 3 years, but I am confused about something:  Has CLK really been involved with some coeds?  and if so, where is the proof?  I do not think unfounded rumors about ANYONE should be bandied about, perhaps ruining reputations..SO..are the rumors substantiated? or are SOME of you people just throwing crap out there because you don't really like him?  And I would think CNS keeps the staff kinda busy, so when would he have the time?

While I was not exactly a big fan when CNS hired him, I think he has done a tremendous job, kept his mouth shut, and nose clean SO FAR AS I KNOW.

I think some on this forum are just being juvenile.

 And I will say this: IF he has been intimate with coeds..who has held a gun to THEIR heads? last I heard It takes two to tango.

Rumor has been around the program for almost as long as Kiffin has been at Bama that he had been messing around with some of the college girls.  Also that this allegedly contributed to his divorce... Nothing to substantiate it but it is still kinda fun to throw out jabs about it... Our fellow SEC school's fans shouldn't have all the fun at our expense you know...  ;)

I ain't buying the rumors..I think CLK's wife just did not like the South, more particularly Alabama. She was just a snooty California girl in the first place.

Of course, we all know that there is a price to pay when you play..just ask Bobby about his motorcycle girlfriend.
