Otherwise it will take that long for it to become apparent that it ain't gonna get much better. This year was a little better than last year. Next year...??? Will they have a QB ? I don't see any top notch recruit (at any position) going there for the right reason, only because they don't want to work too hard.
Gus got away with his HUNH-trickeration offense for a while until other teams caught on and adjusted. He doesn't know what to do now. I don't see this ending well for Gus.
