I totally missed this one. I thought he played. Did he get kicked in the head or hit while blocking?

Alabama right guard Alphonse Taylor (concussion) did not travel to Knoxville on Saturday for the 2016 edition of the Third Saturday in October, staying in Tuscaloosa during the team’s 49-10 win over Tennessee.

To kick off Texas A&M week, Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban updated Taylor’s status.

“He’s day-to-day,” Saban said of Taylor on Monday during a noon press conference. “We’ll continue to evaluate his circumstance and situation and always have his player safety in mind as to when medical staff makes the decision that he’s cleared to be able to practice and play. He’s gonna do some individual stuff today but no contact.”
