Title: Pelham 4-star forward Alex Reese commits to Alabama... Updated Post by: Jamos on October 06, 2016, 06:16:39 PM The 6-foot-9, 230-pound Reese is a four-star versatile forward who can play down low or stretch his game out to the 3-point line. He joins Hale County guard Herb Jones as members of the 2017 Alabama basketball recruiting class to this point.

Reese may not make us a championship contender by himself, but sounds like a solid player who can continue to help us build.

We may take as many as 5 in this class. Five stars Petty and Sexton are still a possibility. This is shaping up to be an outstanding class. Johnson saw something positive in him, maybe he's teachable who needs work on the basics, like footwork, ball handling as a big man, positioning under the basket, etc. We need a presence under the basket, that's for sure. :clap: |
