Title: Sweet 16 Games Starting Thursday March 24th Post by: Marshal Dillon on March 23, 2016, 09:54:25 PM Tomorrow starts the Sweet 16 games at 6 pm on CBS it's Miami/Villanova, truly a fascinating game. I had picked Miami to make the Final Four. Next on CBS at 8 pm is Maryland/Kansas. On TBS @ 6:30 pm it's Texas A&M/Oklahoma. I hope A&M wins to help the SEC & to rub the Big 12's nose in the dirt. After that games it's Duke/Oregon.

When there were 64 you had to show them early due to time constraints. It reminds me of when Monday Night Football didn't start until 9pm EDT, meaning a 3 1/2 hour game did not go off until 12:30 am or later. TV execs seem to think the folks there don't need rest before they go to work. Even 9 pm in the CDT zone means a long night for most folks.
