Title: Purdue Basketball's Development of Big Men Lured Alabama Center Isaac Haas
Post by: Marshal Dillon on March 13, 2016, 03:50:10 PM
When I saw the word "development" I knew why Grant couldn't recruit him. He is starting at Purdue and playing against Michigan State right now in the Big Ten Championship Game. This story is from 2014 but is very applicable now.

Quote
Isaac Haas appreciates Purdue's campus environment, its fan support and its academic reputation.

Yet the 7-foot-2, 285-pound center from Hokes Bluff, Ala., envisions a basketball career beyond West Lafayette. That's why he made a surprise announcement Monday morning via Twitter that he will join Purdue's 2014 recruiting class and sign a letter of intent on Wednesday.

He scores 10 ppg, 3.8 rebounds, shoots 71% FT's
