Marshall still up 13-7.  They've had two drives into the red zone in the second half but no points.

One drive, on third and two, Marshall put in their running QB and tried a pass, which was way off the mark.  On 4th down they went for it, a toss sweep that was short.

On the other red zone trip, Marshall missed a FG.

They're letting UConn hang around.

UConn FG bounces off bottom the cross bar.  Good.  50+ yarder.

Only reason UConn made FG range was 15 yard facemask penalty.

UConn 10  Marshall 13

Start of the 4th Quarter

It's snowing, hard, at the sun bowl.  Washington St still up 20-7, with the football at the start of the 4th quarter.  I think the snow is icing on the Miami loss.

My mistake.  The snow has wreaked havoc with WSU's passing game, but Miami scored a TD on a trick play to cut into the lead.

Miami 14  WSU 20  5 minutes left Miami football, inside the WSU 10 yard line.  TD Miami, but illegal block called.

Miami fumbles inside the WSU 5 yard line.  WSU football.

Miami has the football at the WSU 27,  3 minutes left.

Miami tries another halfback pass (how they got their TD earlier in the half).

INT WSU.  RB just tossed the ball up, easy pick.

Washington State hanging on to their 6 point lead.  Ball on their own ten yard line.

Duke kicks a FG in OT

Indiana attempts a FG, looks like it just made it.  Called No Good.  No review, apparently based on the height of the kick.  Duke wins.

Tulsa has no defense, making VT offense look awesome, scoring 45 points in the first half so far.

VT 45  Tulsa 24, 2 minutes till half.

Looks like "Separation Saturday" may turn out to be "Togetherness Saturday."

You know it seems fitting that no matter who played VT they would let VT win because Coach Beamer has been such an upstanding person in college football. Only CNS is left in my book with the older time standards. The only reason I took Tulsa was the points. RTR!

By a Big 12 team in disguise.  Used to be in the Big 8.  Surprised they didn't join the SEC with the Aggies.
