Fluker hopes to play on Sunday when the Chargers face the Kansas City Chiefs. The previous time that San Diego and Kansas City squared off, Fluker suffered the fourth known concussion of his NFL career and second in a five-day span.

Fluker needs to retire.  He may have already done permanent damage.
