Title: LSU & Auburn Spend More on Assistants Than Alabama Post by: Marshal Dillon on December 09, 2015, 02:32:12 PM It's called head coaching.
Quote Alabama gets better bang for its buck than at least two other Southeastern Conference schools. Alabama ranks third in the SEC -- and nationally -- in total assistant coach pay behind LSU and in-state rival Auburn, according to USA Today's salary database. LSU, with coordinators Kevin Steele and Cam Cameron making a combined $2.52 million, has the nation's highest salary pool for assistants for a fourth consecutive year at $5,471,236. http://www.al.com/alabamafootball/index.ssf/2015/12/alabama_ranks_behind_lsu_and_a.html :dog: Title: Re: LSU & Auburn Spend More on Assistants Than Alabama Post by: SUPERCOACH on December 09, 2015, 02:56:08 PM CLK is working pro bono to stick it to USC.

Actually make that about 10 out of 13; Vandy, Kentucky, and Mizzou haven't taken extreme steps in the last few years.
