One factor that is certain to make Hightower's leadership role come more easily is the experience he'll be surrounded by at his position. To one side, Hightower will likely be flanked by senior Courtney Upshaw and, depending on the situation, weakside linebackers C.J. Mosley and Nico Johnson. All have at least a year of game experience.
