Title: Bama's Game Plan for Charleston Southern Post by: Jamos on November 15, 2015, 07:26:22 PM Well the Saban Rule has now kicked in so what is Bama's game plan for this Saturday? The team got a bunch of bruises and even a fracture against State Saturday so does CNS do as usual and start the regulars and let them play until they score thirty points or maybe mix a few of the 2nd team with the regulars and start them and then substitute freely during the game.
Title: Re: Bama's Game Plan for Charleston Southern Post by: N.AL-Tider on November 15, 2015, 08:32:00 PM CS is not a bad team and even though they are an FCS team, they are still 9-1 on the year. Coach Saban has to start the 1's and sub in others to keep them fresh. If the players take this team lightly then they may just get eliminated from the playoffs and be the biggest laughing stock since Georgia State played UF and the UF Olinemen we captured in a pic blocking each other...
Title: Re: Bama's Game Plan for Charleston Southern Post by: SUPERCOACH on November 16, 2015, 01:05:51 AM We can beat CS falling down drunk and with a hangover, and if we can't then we don't deserve to be in the playoffs. I say start the 2's from the get go and tell them it is going to be all up to them to win the game.
Title: Re: Bama's Game Plan for Charleston Southern Post by: Chechem on November 16, 2015, 05:37:46 AM CNS said he'd give the team a couple of days off to rest before practice begins anew.
AMOK this week? Title: Re: Bama's Game Plan for Charleston Southern Post by: bamaphil on November 16, 2015, 06:43:57 AM Let Henry get 300 yards to lock up the Heisman. Then when that's done, start playing the second and third team in the second quarter.
Title: Re: Bama's Game Plan for Charleston Southern Post by: pmull on November 16, 2015, 06:46:02 AM It is the next game and we should treat it that way. Once we have a comfortable lead bring in the back ups. By back ups I mean seldom used players. With that said I do think we rest anyone that has a nagging injury.
Title: Re: Bama's Game Plan for Charleston Southern Post by: Catch Prothro on November 16, 2015, 07:03:28 AM Charleston Southern is 9-1, but their toughest game was against 3-7 Troy, which blew out Charleston Southern. They are the creme of the cupcake crop.

Title: Re: Bama's Game Plan for Charleston Southern Post by: 2Stater on November 16, 2015, 08:27:02 AM We seldom blow out these teams by halftime. Usually, it's in the 4th quarter when we can start subbing. I expect the same this weekend. We are everybody's Superbowl, and these teams tend to play their hearts out against us. Nothing comes easy. We'll play our starters for as long as needed.
