Think about it. He will make the same money as an HC somewhere as he makes right now, unless the HC gig pays him more than USC was paying him, which is probably unlikely. So, he is having a blast here, soaking up all he can from CNS, not having to deal with the press, and not having to worry about anything except the offense (which he has a passion for).
