Quote
TUSCALOOSA, Alabama -- Alabama junior deep snapper Carson Tinker was injured in the spring tornado that struck Tuscaloosa, and his girlfriend, Ashley Harrison, was killed.

Tinker appeared earlier this week in the Alabama media room under the agreement that he wouldn't be asked to rehash the events of April 27.

In this video, he talks about coming back from his darkest day.

That young man has been through alot in the last four months. He  started running again the first of July after spending several months of rehab following the storm. He has been looking forward to September 3rd.

He is a fine young man. RTR!

Carson has been through h*** since april...he seemed upbeat, but whoever shot that vid had to pause/start/pause a lot of times....

Seemed like, he had to really gather himself at times, before answering questions. This is a really good young man...inside and out.

This story about him came out today too.
"How does one heal from the unspeakable tragedy of a killer tornado that ravaged Tuscaloosa on April 27?..."
