They say more surgery is pending. I keep wondering about his eyesight.

They said an optimitrist is going to do further test on his vision.

I remember Dickie Thon getting hit by a pitch several years ago that basically ended his career. This is worse than that. Facial fractures will take multiple surgeries most likely and with his left eye being damaged as well, he is in for a long haul I'm afraid.

Except that getting hit in the face probably saved his life.
