He was from Ft. Deposit, I think. I remember listening to the UGA game when Joe Willie threw his first TD pass (about 50 yds, I think) but didn't remember that Richard was the receiver. One can only wonder what would have happened if he had been hired instead of Mike Shula. RIP Richard...
