This is some big news. I knew he could do it if he dedicated himslef to BB. This is a great sign for this years team.

That last stat--only 14 minutes per game--is cause for concern for Tide hoops fans. Despite his growth and maturity as a player Green seemingly cannot shake his unfortunate penchant for getting into untimely foul trouble. In the first game against Mexico, he picked up 4 fouls in a mere 9 minutes. In the second game against Hungary, he once again went to the bench early with 4 fouls, this time after only 19 minutes.

Hey, JM can't help it if those little fellers from Mexico and China keep bouncing off of him.

This is great, he needed a good game. Green can be as good as he wants to be if he can control his temper and International ball will test his temper. I wish Mitchell had made the team as well.

I think this is good experience for J. Greene. The USA must have a great team. Our closest game has been 44 points. It makes you wonder how good the competition is. I expect the USA practices are some some work for him though. It does concern me that he is averaging less than 15 minutes a game and been in foul trouble twice.

I like that Green emphasized defense in his interview.  It shows that CAG has given him the right mind set to play winning basketball.
