D.J. Fluker trying to lighten the load for juvenile offenders

Fluker will be one of the honorees at the San Diego Juvenile Justice Commission's annual awards banquet on July 9. The former Alabama standout also will be the guest speaker for the event, which honors law-enforcement personnel and community members for their work with San Diego's youthful offenders.
