Title: ESPN: Alabama, Florida top early SEC recruiting
Post by: pmull on August 04, 2011, 02:40:58 PM
The recruiting folks at ESPNU have their latest class rankings out, and Alabama and Florida are both in the top 5.

The Crimson Tide are No. 3 and the Gators No. 4. Florida State, which beat out Alabama and LSU for top quarterback prospect Jameis Winston on Wednesday, sits atop ESPNU's latest rankings.

I found this statement interesting:

Tennessee didn't make the top 25, but is one of five teams listed as being on the cusp.

On the cusp of what, getting slapped around the SEC for the next 5 years?   ???

Jimbo is going to be trouble down the road in a few more years.  FSU will probably be playing for the national championship within 5 years.
