Humbled Trent Richardson hopes to be 'bell cow' for Oakland Raiders

At Alabama, Trent Richardson earned All-American honors, finished third in the balloting for the 2011 Heisman Trophy, set school single-season records for rushing yards and rushing touchdowns and played on two BCS national-championship teams. But the running back said his first three seasons in the NFL - during which he's been traded and released - were humbling.
