You have to go back a lot further to find the last time an ex-Crimson Tide QB led an NFL team to a regular-season victory. That happened on Nov. 15, 1987, as Jeff Rutledge completed 16-of-30 passes for 298 yards and a touchdown in the New York Giants' 20-17 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles.
