Who needs the NFL, Los Angeles? With the way USC and UCLA are going, the city is just fine when it comes to football.

1. USC
The Trojans just signed their first full recruiting class since 2011, due to the NCAA restrictions. Finishing behind only Alabama and FSU in ESPN RecruitingNation's rankings, it wasn’t just a matter of quantity for USC.
