Scout's Take: Leo Lewis to Mississippi State Bulldogs

Leo Lewis, No. 60 in the ESPN 300 and the No. 2-ranked inside linebacker prospect, committed to Mississippi State over LSU on Wednesday in what brings to end a recruitment that included prior commitments to Alabama and Ole Miss. The win for the Bulldogs puts a cherry on top of a top-20 recruiting class that features seven ESPN 300 and three ESPN JC 50 prospects.
Commitment impact: With Lewis on board, Mississippi State has signed five of the top six prospects in the state of Mississippi in what has been a banner recruiting year in state grabbing the momentum from arch rival Ole Miss.
