Title: Re: seeing reports Post by: ALTideUp on January 19, 2015, 01:07:05 PM Just as coach sits down with the players and lets them know what he thinks about their draft prospects, he probably sits down with the younger ones and gives them a brutally honest opinion of what there chances are for getting snaps in the season ahead. If they are told their chances are slim, and they stay and work hard, that's great for the team. If they are told their chances are slim and they move on, that is good for them, we don't have potentially toxic influences in the locker room, and the scholarship is freed up. It's a win win.
