Title: Derrick Henry Post by: N.AL-Tider on December 07, 2014, 08:25:12 AM At the start of the season I was really anxious to see what the Yeldon/Henry tandem would be able to do. After last night's game I am even more anxious to see what Henry can accomplish when he becomes the feature back. I would hate to be an opponent's linebacker that has to tackle that guy...

I remember us wondering if Eddie Lacy could handle being the feature back. Some thought he lacked a step and had fumble problems. NO PROBLEM! :) Title: Re: Derrick Henry Post by: ALTideUp on December 07, 2014, 08:36:56 AM When he gets a little space and he starts flying down the field with that straight-up body posture he is an awesome sight to behold.

They take bad angles......or maybe they avoid head on contact with 6' 3" 240 lbs. running 4.5. #+ #+ #+ Title: Re: Derrick Henry Post by: bamaphil on December 07, 2014, 09:15:48 AM The only problem I see with King Henry, is initial contact at the line. We're finally going to have a mature and experienced O-line again next year. Henry, Drake, Jones, Tenpenny... Kiffin (if he's still around) figuring how to take advantage of each player's skills. Look out! Title: Re: Derrick Henry Post by: Chechem on December 07, 2014, 09:20:30 AM The only problem I see with King Henry, is initial contact at the line. Look out! Good point about the O-line. It's been 2 years since we had a strong returning line. Just imagine how dominant they could be if healthy! :worship: :worship: :worship: Title: Re: Derrick Henry Post by: 2Stater on December 07, 2014, 10:55:03 AM The only problem I see with King Henry, is initial contact at the line.
