An "Outside the Lines" report Friday claims the Baltimore Ravens employed "a pattern of misinformation and misdirection" in handling the case after Rice was videotaped striking his now-wife Janay in an Atlantic City casino elevator in February. This is the heart of the problem in the NFL, the owners. They are the ones behind the lack of discipline in many areas because what happens to a player affects their bottom line.

This is the heart of the problem in the NFL, the owners. They are the ones behind the lack discipline in many areas because what happens to a player affects their bottom line. And its really surprising, because Bisciotti is consistently rated as one of the better owners in the league. He is really involved in the community and he lets his football people make football decisions instead of guys like Jerry Jones.
