I D K but from what I saw the arms on all these guys younger and upper was very strong. I couldn't really see any good foot movement but I would think it is not as bad in practice as a game. Practice you tend to know your not gonna get hit hard, where in the game you are running for your life. I saw CLKiffin but he didn't seem to coach or even talk much. RTR!
