NCAA autonomy for the big boys embraces a playing field already tilted in their favor

Today the NCAA approved the proposal that could lead to paying players, etc.

Well here I see schools who are after money. The small schools. Why should they care about the power 5? I really out yonder on this idea. I don't find fault. JMHO. RTR!
