Had the batter been called out on his third strike swing in the Cav's 3 run inning as he should have, none of those runs would have scored. You never want to leave the outcome of a game on the judgement of an umpire or ref.

Virginia had the better team but Vandy played to win the game last night rather than not to lose it, this was the difference from the second game the night before. I am already looking forward to next year. Bama should continue to improve and the new baseball that will be used should bring the long ball back to the college game.
