Marcell Dareus gets court postponement in New York, seeks pretrial intervention in Alabama

Dareus was scheduled to appear in Hamburg, N.Y., on several charges after his arrest on May 30, but the Hamburg Town Court clerk's office said the appearance had been postponed, The Associated Press reported.
