Bryant Jr., and lawyers for Houndstooth Mafia Enterprises, LLC, and its owners William Pitts Jr. and Christopher Blackburn, jointly filed a motion seeking a final judgment from U.S. District Court Judge David Proctor of the settlement in the case.
