Atlanta Falcons exercise option on Julio Jones' contract for 2015

(http://media.al.com/mobile-press-register/photo/2013/09/13490245-large.jpg)The Atlanta Falcons will pick up the fifth-year option on the contract of wide receiver Julio Jones, the team announced via Twitter on Tuesday afternoon. The Falcons had until Saturday to decide on Jones' contract status. By exercising their fifth-year option on Jones's contract, the Falcons will have the former Foley High School and University of Alabama star back at a salary of $10.176 million in 2015.
