One thing Saban can do is keep the Tide in the news.  The discussion yesterday was A. Cooper and Lane Kiffin. 

Highlights:

1.  Only 2 receivers in the SEC have more yards per catch than Cooper over the past 2 years, Odell Beckham at LSU and L'Damian Washington at Mizzou.  Fourth on the list is Mike Evans at TAMU.

2.  Kiffin has not yet spoken to the media since the hire.  That's a good thing.  He can focus on the offense and not get himself into trouble with the press.

3.  They think the offense should look about the same as before, multiple, physical, run the ball.  Rushing and play action pass, because of a new QB.

4.  Kiffin should be good at exploiting the mismatches and getting the ball into playmakers hands.

5.  Biggest difference may be use of pace and tempo on offense.

6.  Jacob Coker still being mentioned as potential starter at QB.  Has good running ability which Bama hasn't had before.  Similar schemes at Bama and FSU, so he should transition well.
