Title: NCAA Basketball Tournament Friday Games-March 28th
Post by: Marshal Dillon on March 28, 2014, 05:06:25 PM
Another fascinating line-up of team, starting with Tennessee v. Michigan. I have Michigan in my Final Four, but UT is for real. A few minutes later on TBS we have:

UCONN v. Iowa State-I have to believe reality finally catches up to Iowa State. They lost their power forward who was their leading rebounder, scored 16 points a game, and was their tallest starter. State has looked sharp, but I think UCONN takes them.

Kentucky v. Louisville-I pick Louisville to win.

Michigan State v Virginia-I have MSU in the Final Four, but UVA is a tough team and could easily end up in the Final Four. When doing my bracket, this was one of the 3 hardest picks for me to make, along with picking Michigan over Louisville for the Final Four.

I have Michigan, Iowa St, Louisville and Michigan St.

I like my picks, I would not change them if I could. However, Virginia will be a tough out. Virginia is also carrying the ACC banner so I really hope they lose. I am tired of hearing how good the ACC is.

I would like to see UT win but I do not see them beating Louisville. I have Louisville in the Finals losing to Florida.

Michigan killing UT with 3 pointers. They are 8/11 right now. Incredible. 54-41 UM

Michigan nearly choked a big lead but held on to win 73-71 over Tennessee. UT has a solid team.

Pretty good ending to the UT game. UT almost pulled it out.

If Iowa State does not lose its power forward for the Tourney, they might have won the National Championship.

Louisville is cleaning UK's clock 18-5, plus a UK player looks injured.

Yep, UK big man Cauley-Stein is definitely injured. He's 7'0" and a shot blocker and scores 8 points and grabs 6 rebounds a game. He heard a pop in his ankle, not a good sign. He won't be back. I hate seeing games decided by injuries & these players getting injured.

Do I get credit for correctly picking the winner?

"I'm sure Kentucky will win.  I picked Louisville."

I only have two teams still alive. Florida and Michigan St.

I think it is safe to say the ACC was a bust in the Tourney and the SEC has excelled.

I've got Florida and Arizona, and have them fighting it out for the NC.
