I don't know the truth of anything, but I do know that the U of A is going to be put down again for this stuff. JMHO. Stop it you guys, no wonder we can not beat Okla. It happened at a fraternity event at The Hotel Erwin on Venice Beach which is in Los Angles according to Goggle. Tell them that if they stay out of trouble we will let them back on the team for spring practice. Then do it again over the summer. Love is being sued for allegedly assaulting his fraternity brother Connor McKenna after a night of drinking in Los Angeles during UA's 2012 Spring Break. Robert Prince, the same attorney who recently beat a similar case filed against Kristen Saban, called McKenna's charges "spurious" in a release Monday and said he would file a motion to dismiss the case against Love in the next 30 days. "The fact Mr. McKenna waited almost two years to file these allegations against Wilson speaks to their lack of merit," Prince said. "As we all know, a person can include almost anything in his allegations in an effort to draw public attention or get a quick settlement, whether the allegations are true or not. However, proving these unsupported assertions will be another matter entirely." Prince, an attorney for Tuscaloosa's Law Firm of Prince, Glover and Hayes, will take on local lawyer James D.
