Quote
"After sitting down with my family and coach Saban, I have decided to return to Alabama for my senior year," White said in an Alabama press release. "I already have my degree and the chance to play in the NFL next year was something that I very much considered, but in the end I didn't want to pass up my final year at Alabama. I have had the opportunity to speak with coach (Lane) Kiffin and I'm excited about our offense and what we can accomplish next year as a team."

Nice to see it official now!

Maybe he can stay away from the injury bug this year and have a breakout season. Bama will need some good senior leadership this next season.

Vinnie was reported to be going to the NFL on the local sports talk station last night but I haven't seen anything official on that rumor.

Yes it would, his leadership could make a big difference in the team's success.

Our junior's are beginning to think because they play in the SEC for Alabama they are entitled to a 1st or 2nd round draft pick. We have too many juniors entering the draft that are not ready. Hubbard, Pagan and Sunseri are not ready and would benefit from another year at Alabama. DeAndrew White is a good player but is no where near ready for the NFL.

This reminds me of some basketball players under Gottfried that entered the NBA draft early and ended up undrafted and playing over seas.

I think Pagan could be a 5th round pick, but Hubbard, & Sunseri I don't get. Good analogy about Gottfried.
Even Kuandijo is not a round 1 or 2 pick in my opinion, he just does not have the foot speed or quickness at tackle. These NFL grades they are getting as 1st & 2nd round picks mystify me.

Cyrus K and HA Ha I get. They are both projected as 1st round. Cyrus K does not look ready to me but the NFL thinks he has a lot of potential.

The others could improve their draft stock by playing another year IMO.
