Dayquil was always good for me as it doesn't knock me out like all the other stuff does.

Get a pint of moonshine, and mix it with some honey and lemon. Take 2 table spoons full every 4 hours. This will make you sleep and sweat. Cover up with Quilts and lay down, you will sweat like a horse but it will bring out the cold in the sweat and the lungs will open up for some good breathing. RTR!
