Title: Re: Jameis Winston not charged Post by: Marshal Dillon on December 05, 2013, 01:13:44 PM Very strange set of circumstances.
??? Title: Re: Jameis Winston not charged Post by: Catch Prothro on December 05, 2013, 01:17:45 PM Apparently there were inconsistencies in her statements to the police and the toxicology report. She claimed to have had 5-6 shots of liquor and been very woozy (drunk), but the toxicology report had her BAC at a very low level, well below legal intoxication, and no evidence was found of any roofies or other drugs in her system. It is unclear of the time difference between the alleged incident and when her blood was taken.

Certainly sheds new light on the accuser's character. There is no way the prosecution would have ever had a chance in this case. Certainly sheds new light on the accuser's character. You nailed it. This is what I meant by strange circumstances from my earlier post. That would have killed the case. All it means is she had sex with another man, but she still could have been raped. Too may folks would assume she had loose morals, especially other women on the jury. Title: Re: Jameis Winston not charged Post by: Marshal Dillon on December 05, 2013, 05:42:02 PM Okay everybody, get off Winston's case, he's as innocent s O.J.
