It is all part of the process.  It is better for our defense if we ram it down their throats for 8 or 10 minutes instead of scoring in 2 and putting them back on the field.  We are usually ahead, or at least pretty close, and there is no need to go fast when you are winning.

I would want my players to drain every second off the clock if I am only 1 point ahead. Although if my defense is playing well I certainly one to give every player rest as long as possible. RTR!
