This Iron Bowl is how rivalries should look
AUBURN, Ala. -- Saturday's epic Iron Bowl on the Plains is what all rivalry games should look like.

When No. 1 Alabama (11-0, 7-0 SEC) travels to see fourth-ranked Auburn (10-1, 6-1), it will be the first time these two get together with the SEC Western Division title and a shot at the BCS title game on the line. I remember when Coach Bryant and Shug Jordan use to come into this game and Chris Jackson was the announcer. Every year it is like the rest of the year will be sad or joyous according to who wins. Nothing else mattered, the season was either a win or lose as to how this game  turned out. This seems to be one of those years.
A fumble here, an interception there, or a blocked punt or FG could mean the rest of this year is fun or kinda unfinished. Let's say no injuries, and good honorable football and see who is the best. Let us just say on this end I hope it is Alabama, but I'm sure down in the wire grass area they hope auburn. RTR!
