When you look back at all of the records in sports that have been made and try to pick some that you feel will never be broken, there's not many. The reason I say what I do about Bama's record of wins is that will there ever be another Nick Saban in college football, I doubt it, he's the difference. Title: Re: Bama... Like It or Not! My kids will remember this era of Alabama football in 40 years as fondly as I remember the Bear Bryant era. People my age are fortunate enough to experience it twice. It just does not get any better than this and everyone wants what we have.

I think you are right and the folks who are "hating" Bama are the other fan bases. The media, in general, drools over Saban and Alabama's achievements. |
