Title: Harvey Updyke to ESPN: `I actually wanted to get caught.
Post by: pmull on May 23, 2011, 02:35:50 PM
Harvey is a piece of work.

Quote
"I actually wanted to get caught. I wanted them to know it was me," Updyke said. "I had no earthly idea it was gonna be a felony, and they'd try to get me for poisoning the water system. I thought it'd be $500-$600 fine. I thought that was all there'd be to it. I had no earthly idea they'd also accuse me of masterminding 9/11."

Does this guy not have an attorney to advise him to keep his mouth shut?

He has a good attorney. He represented Larry Langford and Don Seigleman. Ooops, I forgot those cases did not turn out well.

He's a total embarassment to the state of Alabama and the university.

If I follow your logic correctly, it would be logical to conclude that you and all Auburn football players and fans are armed robbers. Correct?

LOL. Point is valid that NORMALLY an attorney would have his client on "shut your mouth lock down". I am only guessing, but can only surmise this is an attempt to further poison the Lee County/Any County jury pool.
